Nail Clinic recommends you follow normal precautions in fighting the spread of colds or flu. Get a seasonal flu vaccine and the H1N1 vaccine if you are eligible. Cover your coughs and sneezes and remember the best way to fighting the spread of germs is good old fashioned hand washing!
